CDC Implementation – Review EPLC represents industry best practice CDC projects should already be following the “intent” of the EPLC Focus in on the “project” and not the paper, forms or tools Project management improvement will be incremental over time Project size, risk, and complexity will determine the appropriate application of rigor and use of documentation
