Biodiversity-the variations of different species in an area, ecosystem, or planet.

 "Panthera Leo Persica“ is 1 of 7 subspecies of lions on this planet.  Are endangered and now only found in a part of Gujarat in India.  Eat wild pigs, cattle, antelope and deer.  Are much like African lions accept they live in larger prides.  They (mostly females) also hunt strategically and in groups, males lay around unless it’s a large animal.

 P.S. & I chose this because of ZOMBIELAND & the quote “you ever see a lion limber up before it takes down a gazelle?”.

 They make a habit of killing livestock, so As far as I know it doesn’t because humans do a good enough job regulating the numbers of its prey and lions just eat & lay around a lot, However some people just don’t like being responsible for making a species extinct and killing some overgrown cats that could easily kill you.

 Asiatic lions pretty much wouldn’t give anything back accept make the grasslands look less boring.

 Located in Gir national park and people are trying to relocate them to zoos to better ensure their survival.

 like their name suggests they used to be all over asia.  Overhunting,water pollution,and lack of natural prey have lowered their numbers to about , making them the most endangered large cat species in the world.  Also there’s always the threat of an epidemic that would easily wipe out the small pocket of these remaining cats.
