Thursday morning Workshop 1 What have you learned (concerning entrepreneurship)? How did it benefit your enterprise? Plenum: explain the workshop and create groups o Five groups o One theme per group (financial, sales & marketing, operational, HR, general) Per group o Every participant proposes 2 “lessons learned” o The group selects a top 5, expressed in one-liners o Write result on flipchart Plenum: presentation of top 5 most interesting lessons learned & best practices for each group (theme)

Plenum: explain the workshop Per group: (per country) o Every participant proposes 2 best practices & 2 pitfalls o The group selects a top 3 of best practices and a top 3 of pitfalls, expressed in one-liners o Write result on 2 flipcharts: what advice would you give to new Plato groups (Do’s & Don’ts)? Plenum: presentation of conclusions for each group

Friday morning Workshop3 How will you continu (within your own Plato group)?
