Salaries of Cooks: There were no helpers in any of the sample schools as all of them have been promoted as cooks from My All cooks were paid a remuneration of Rs.1500/-pm in cash. All cooks and helpers in the sample schools reported that they do not get their remuneration on monthly basis.
