If any problem happen with machine, a new accessory and guide manual will be send to you immediately and we will pay the shipping cost, do not need the broken parts send back to us! Save time and cost for you! If there anything happen make you do not like with the machine, we can totally change a new one during the 30 days after you received it without any cost! If quality problem make you do not happy with JONTE LASER or machine, you money will back to you during 15 days after you received the machine, without any cost.

A: Following Failure or Situation, not belong to warranty scope or voluntarily forfeited warranty 1.Within warranty period, without our engineers and related Department approved, or failure caused by separated arbitrary, repair, replace through other supplier. 2.Operation and maintenance without the indication of > 3.Used freely of other suppliers spare parts on this equipment, cause loss. For example, install other suppliers handle on this equipment. 4.Maintenance not aligned as specified within warranty, lead to failure. State: In order to ensure device in good condition and good treatment result, customer has responsibility to Repair and maintenance. For example need to replace water, clean the handles. 5.Direct or indirect damage caused by use other company’s spare parts. 6.Customer change or add the inner structure (especially change the Circuit, Water way), then lead to direct or indirect damage. 7.When device broken during warranty, customer still continue to use, cause secondary fault and damage. 8.The problem lead by: Not operating as the user manual, arbitrarily use the machine over its endurance (Such as long time continuous working or water shortage situation) B: These phenomena cannot be considered a failure, not within the scope of the warranty 1.The phenomenon appeared after long time consumption (such as: the machine coating, spare parts, etc, become fading, metamorphism, aging, etc). 2.Under normal conditions, the phenomenon of feeling, can not affect the machine’s quality and function.(Such as the operating feeling, invoice, etc),including feel the handles cooling difference between two sides, etc.

When the machine arrived, the customer need to check out the machine before the express leaving. If you find there is any damage on the handle, spare parts, etc, take pictures to the courier’s face, and claim compensation from express and contact JONTE Laser after- sales service to coordinate. JONTE Laser pays every machine the transportation insurance. 1. The machine’s water circuit cannot work well. 2. The machine leak water. 3. The handle cannot work after right installation. 4.
