An HR Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years with required compliment of HR responsibilities AN HR Professional must have a minimum of 8 years with required compliment of HR responsibilities
The CMM designation is required prior to obtaining an expanded designation
Application Process Received by OMMI and reviewed to confirm eligibility OMHRA sub-committee reviews and recommends OMHRA board reviews and approves OMMI Policy & Accreditation Committee awards designation and forwards documentation Recipients recognized at Fall/Spring OMHRA conference Recipients also acknowledged at OMMI Annual Meeting
Credit given for employment experience, as indicated by CMM Supplemental Application Credit given for academic achievement, seminars, conferences, etc ie, points indicated on Conference Agenda for various sessions
