Project activities  Homepage translating into Estonian.  Feedback of the project meeting.  Questionnaires for disabled people and instructors.  Overview of the call-centres in Estonia  Starting the training of a call-centre operator – applying for a training licence, collaboration with Unemployment Insurance Fund

Call Center operators training programme  3 days = 18 hours.  The participant should have at least Basic education.  The participant should have unhampered speech and should have good enough hearing.  Computer skills will be an advantage.

Call Center operators training programme  Training programme is addressed to unemployed disabled people.  The target group are adults with at least Basic education, who are ready to do remote work on the telephone.  By the end of the training they should have enough knowledges and skills to work on a specific speciality.  First pilot trainings are already in 2015.
