Design ► Prototype is a course rating system  Users have the ability to set their own agenda in conversation  System prompts users to leave feedback for different aspects of classes (i.e. textbooks, professor’s influence on the course material)  Professors have option to ask questions of their own to student evaluators

Two Types of Responses ► “Free-Response” Portion of Survey  Users first asked of their overall impression of the course  System adapts to users’ responses ► “Fixed-Response” Portion of Survey  Similar to traditional surveys  Users only have a limited number of possible responses
