The newly renovated Media Center will provide a welcoming center of learning for the students and the community of Cross. The expanded Auditorium will allow for presentations to the entire school population and provide a needed multi-purpose space for the school, to be used for large group meetings, wrestling practice, and even community gatherings. Auditorium Provide dressing rooms and back-of-house spaces for productions, along with current AV equipment Provide seating for the entire student population, along with faculty Provide floor space for wrestling practice or other multi-purpose uses Fire sprinkler protection will be added to ensure the space is protected for large group gatherings Media Center Provide exterior entry and access for after-hours use by students and the surrounding community, and can be locked off from the remainder of the school to provide security for the classrooms Entry canopy at exterior will reinforce the school’s image and provide a location for the Berkeley County Libraries Bookmobile to park & serve the Cross community Provide current technology and research options for students
