Career and College Promise (CCP) Mountain Island Charter School October 2015

Career and College Promise CCP provides seamless dual enrollment educational opportunities tuition-free for eligible North Carolina high school students, allowing them to accelerate completion of college certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees that lead to college transfer or provide entry-level job skills.

Students must prove college readiness for College Transfer Pathways by placing out of developmental courses on the reading, writing, and math portions using any of the approved assessments (PLAN, PSAT, SAT, ACT, Accuplacer, ASSET, and COMPASS). Students will be able to earn a certificate that will provide entry-level job skills thus being very focused.
