Pointillism The technique for portraying the play of light using tiny brushstrokes of contrasting colors. Uses small dots or strokes of contrasting color to create subtle changes in form. Most pointillism works of art are paintings. Led to influence Neo-Impressionism, Pop Art, and Chromoluminarism.
