PROBLEMS : Inflation (price of ingredients increase due to economy changes.) Lack of labor force(uum students as part time workers, working time is not flexible.) Lack of ingredients (some ingredients are hard to find or difficult to send to our place because uum is far away from the city area.) Limited seats/low turnover (the space of the shop is too small.)

SOLUTIONS : Try to adjust the price – afford higher cost but the price must be reasonable and profitable. Try to search for permanent workers- not uum students. Search for potential supplier to deliver the ingredients for us. Limit the occupying time- 1 hour as to increase the seat turnover.
