What is prophetic art ? Where does the word ‘’prophetic’’ come from? The Greek word Prophetia means ‘’The gift of interpreting the will of god ‘’ Prophecy is a process in which one or two messages that have been communicated to an Artist by God, then communicated to others. In the New Testament 1 Cor Prophecy is referred to as one of the ‘’Spiritual gifts given by the indwelling Holy spirit ‘’ Your natural abilities and gifting gods given you and are at one in the Spirit. All empowered by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will on earth. The purpose of spiritual gifting Is to EDIFY [or to build up],EXHORT [and to encourage] and comfort Gods children. The first steps.. Painting in thanksgiving and praise is the best way to start!! If you could give a painting to God using three colours what colours would you pick? And how do they reflect your heart for God? Make a note.. Of the colours and the reason why you picked them. How you feel ?Good or bad be real with the father. What you want to express to God? Journeying really helps to focus on what God is saying to us,and be honest! God knows where you are at, he knows your heart and will help you through!! Then without thinking too much get started!! Paint and pray.. The holy spirit moves,so pray to God for the Holy Spirit to fill and flow through you, from your feet to the tips your fingers. The hardest part.. is just getting started, so take a leap in faith and get some paint on the canvas! As you paint.. God may start revealing his heart to you and you may see an image in your painting or be moved by a feeling stirring in your spirit,Someone may give you a word after looking at your work. Make a note of what ever this is so you can reflect back on this later. Your relationship with God.. The closer you grow in your relationship with God the more your heart and spirit becomes sensitive to Gods will,it may happen straight away or a period of time, its Gods message after all,so that means its also in Gods timing to reveal his heart to you and the purpose of his message. So be patient and relaxes and just place Jesus in the center of our thoughts. A heart to worship first.. When I worship in colour (painting) in the spirit, I leave my baggage behind!! So pray for a clear mind, a focused heart and a sensitive spirit and just worship,dance,sing and rejoice and have fun !!

How to be Creative for Christ If want to release the kingdom and share the gospel into your local church, workplace or community. we need to be creative in our approach,this can be challenging and testing at times but very rewarding when you know its fulfilling Gods purpose in your life. And remember all things are possible when God in the center of it. Understanding the purpose of Gods will, this is the best place to start. What is the Gods purpose ? Sharing the gospel. Showing the love of Jesus to the nations. Showing comfort,compassion and the heart of the father to the lost and needy. These are just a couple of examples of the Gods purpose,there are many more that you can add the are personal to you. what is the need of the people you are trying to reach? There's no point in talking football to a group of rugby players or bringing cakes to a slimmer's meeting. You need to meet the needs of the people you are trying to interact with. Here are some examples that I have learnt along the way. Be sensitive and listen first,talk later. Show the love of Jesus by your actions not just by words. You need to be able to connect and be approachable. Be flexible and patient. Be prepare to learn new skills. Step outside your comfort zone. Walk in faith and believe in ‘’I CAN DO ALL THINGS’’ If we are disciples of Christ and our hearts God Love,we must understand the urgency of our mission and be prepared to be creative in leading the lost and cross Showing the love, compassion and light of God to the nations. Matthew 28:19-20 The great commission Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Before the word there was an image Image came first Before the word became a language it was first an image or shape. So every image had to have a meaning and sound in order to become a letter that be translated into a Language. The whole planet communicates through language, or should I say through Image. A group of shapes that have a meaning and a sound when placed with other shapes (letters) and sounds phonetic voicing Becomes harmonious music,Stories,Ballard's,Historical scripts. And Songs. The Greatest story ever told The greatest group of images ever shaped each being anointed by God was the Bible The Holy Spirit Now when the holy spirit is the intercessor between the words of the bible,the spirit God and everything else he created, there is other language we learn and feel the presence of. This is a spiritual connection to the father heart,and to our heart. God can use anything God can use anything to teach and rely his purpose to us Because when we realise that everything is an image first, we can start to see Gods teachings through nature,dreams, situations and basically anything he chooses. Matthew 6.26 Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? God uses this image,to explain visually this message to us, so we can see in our minds our worth to him. Growing closer to the Father The more we study the word,pray and seek Gods face the more sensitive we become to hearing Gods voice in our walk with him. We start to see the message he is trying to show us,because our eyes and heart are ready to receive his teachings. we are then driven by his purpose and understand the urgency of sharing what God has shown us. GOD IS ALIVE!!
