III. Journals Translation Project

Brief Introduction to JTP  International Digital Publishing Project for Selected Chinese Academic Journals an academic project launched and undertook by CNKI, supported by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China and the Ministry of Finance of China, aiming at translating some high quality Chinese Journals into English.  Types of Resources STM Journals: both applied science and basic research; high academic level; world influential; Social Science & Humanities Journals: about China’s development and other hot topics in the world; mainly about international politics and international trade.  Publishing Plan Select 100 S&H journals and 100 STM journals respectively in the first stage, and finish translating all issues after 2014 in 3-5 year.

Current Achievements  21 STM journals (including 81 articles) and 7 S&H journals (including 65 articles) have been finished and be put online;  PDF download;  HTML online-reading  Full-text in both Chinese and English
