You are not alone! 67% of parents admitted they were worried about the amount or quality of sleep their children got * 67% said they had never been advised about good sleep by a GP, Health Visitor, midwife or teacher * In Liverpool 80% of parents said a good night’s sleep is the most important thing for a child to do well at school * * The Sleep Council’s “Pillow Time” survey – October 2009
