In the Beginning Serieteket launched a new way of organizing its collections by genre instead of the Swedish classification system. Serieteket participated in a youth employment programme. 17 youths in 3 years
Phase Two In October 1999 Serieteket moves to Kulturhuset in central Stockholm. Greatly improved location. Better exhibition spaces. We start working with ”Fanzine Heaven” that later became ”Small Press Expo”.
