October 2009SIS P3 – ICH UG 2009 – Migration13 Impact on Non-Migrated Carriers All Carriers: Set up basic SIS Member Profile in IS-WEB Needed to control old IDEC process and IS-WEB access (see below) Needed to control submissions of migrated carriers Migrated Billing Carriers can remove the paper invoice* Non-migrated billed carriers have to access IS-WEB in order to receive their invoices (Access IS-WEB, manually search their invoices and supporting documents and print them out on their printer and paper) Migrated Billed Carriers can block incoming ICH-Web debits* Non-migrated billing carriers have to access IS-WEB in order to submit invoices to the migrated Carriers in the categories published as ‘Migrated’ Pax and Cargo: Migrated carriers Rejection Memos can only be rejected through SIS (IS- WEB) – same for Correspondence Non-migrated carriers will receive the IDEC of migrated carriers in the old format * Timelines will be decided by the RAWG and ICH WG
