Multinational Coffee Franchise The Walden University Group C design team has developed a power point presentation training curriculum for use in training first-time franchise owners. The curriculum emphasizes standards-based on your corporate headquarters policies and is freely available for instructors to use in your corporate headquarters training room or at one of your multinational coffee franchise shops.

Introduction Do you enjoy your cup of java and are you a fanatic about coffee? Do you dream of opening or pursuing a coffee franchise opportunity? If you answered “yes!” then you are in the right place. Buying a franchise you are the manager of your own business. A great benefit if you become a franchise owner is it is a turn-the-key operation, which provides the multination coffee franchise with a solid business platform. The multinational coffee franchise course curriculum is an introduction to the daily operations of managing a multinational coffee franchise.

Course Overview Students learn: How to operate and perform basic maintenance on machines and appliances About the process of purchasing and inventory management About the hiring process Learn about the corporations first line customer service procedures

Course Overview (cont.) The course progresses from in-house instruction in which students engage in activities essential to the operation of a successful coffee franchise as a first-time franchise owner. Also included in the courses design is role play and interaction between instructor, headquarters staff, and students in which the learners will be placed in scenarios (real situations) that may arise while operating your coffee shop and demonstrate proper handle techniques after instruction.
