Integrated Diabetes Service Formal notification of an Open Market Consultation (OMC) to canvass stakeholder feedback on procuring integrated diabetes care for the population of Eastern Cheshire. This includes procuring technology enabled diabetes services for older people as a support to the EU policies on Active and Healthy Ageing. The intention of NHS Eastern Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group is to procure services up to the value of €3,000,000. The tendering activity will see health services commissioned to benefit at least 1,250 people.
