3 Benefits of e-Enablement “Information technology (IT) is an important tool for improving service delivery. For example, IT can be used to: make services more accessible, reduce the cost of accessing services, streamline administrative processes and improve turnaround times, and strengthen accountability and responsiveness.”

4 Responsible PS Institutions & Their Roles 1.The MTSF Outcome 12, Sub-outcome 4, Action number 6 request that at least five services be prioritized and be e- Enabled by The MTSF also tasked the MPSA to lead this in collaboration with the MTPS and SITA, in the delivery of the e-Enabled five prioritized services.

8 e-Enablement is implemented in each department SITA engage each PS entity about practical and achievable opportunities w.r.t. NDP priorities of the entity. CSFs are interrogated and consolidated into a cohesive strategy (DPSA, DTPS, and SITA) Each entity develops the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that are achievable for MTSF CSF developed and final consultation is happening within entities DPSA, DTPS and SITA Conceptualize a path to achieving MTSF Accounting Officers met and established a structure to drive remaining milestones e-Enablement Implementation Progress
