13 Coordinators are appointed at district level. The transportation cost of foodgrain from FCI go downs to school level is revised by taking the actual distance cover. School Health-Education Card & Referral slips are distributed to all children of primary school through MDM and to Upper Primary School by NRHM under school health programme “CHIRAYU”
Community Participation School Management Committees (SMC) have been constituted in all the schools. The SMC is authorized to procure cooking ingredients locally from the local Shops / Fair Price Shops. SMC is empowered to engage the cook-cum-helper. Mothers have also been mobilized to supervise the preparation and serving of mid day meal.

Engagement of manpower at State, District and Block level To equip each office at the State, District & Block level with required computer hardware and internet facility.
