VI- Government Initiatives The initiative is built on four strategic pillars in order to achieve the objectives: Absher initiative was launched to enhance the participation of UAE citizens in the labor market, line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. It aims to establish an overall strategic framework to employ UAE citizens under one clear and comprehensive vision in accordance with UAE Vision 2021, which will enhance the skills and participation of citizens in the labor market.
