Small Church Clustering Small congregations may apply to do the Survey as a cluster, receive a cluster Profile & Pack and be charged as though they were one church ($200 + $1 per form for the cluster) Churches that have been clustered with very small churches may apply for their own Profile after the Cluster Profile (cost $50) NCLS PLUS surveys may also be conducted at cluster level between churches participating in the 2011 NCLS
