Staff’s Responsibility to Keep Kids Safe If something is unsafe make the change, submit the work order, etc If someone is suspicious ask who they are or inform someone Take all drills seriously and have students take them seriously

Staff’s Responsibility to Keep Kids Safe Take a minute to think about situational emergencies and how you would react (we can’t drill everything) When appropriate talk to your students about their role in an emergency situation Empower staff to make decisions based on the situation (Can’t drill every situation)
