Comments on following presentations Crate mechanics –How many crates to be produced by Aachen? –Are the drawings final? If not, when? –Procurement of accessories? Front End –Space Qualification analog to crate electronics, have to be worked out in detail –Read-out options (besides our development equipment): 2 Guido boards 2 (UDR+UPSFE+PCI) enough? When can we test togheter with UHVG?
Comments (continued) UHVG –Any news/decisions about DC/DC converter? –When are the different boards EM, BM, QM available? –To run full detector we need 12 UHVG. At the moment only 6 BM are forseen. Does this work? –QM will be produced at CSIST. Some boards have to be sent to Aachen to test with detector before mass production. –What´s about UHVG for UGcrate? –Who is working on test procedures and facilities?
Comments (continued) Gas manifolds –When is a first design of manifold ´piggy back´ available for test of mounting on the octagon? Space Qualification? –Are the boards in UGcrate normal ones (concerning spacing, crate mechanics)? –Some changes in DC/DC converters (diode – MOSFET). Are the specs still ok?
