Who we are Catalyst Choices launched on 1st February 2015 having ‘spun out’ of Warrington Borough Council, with the aim of securing a sustainable future for our services and the customers we support. We are now established as an Independent Community Interest Company. We are an employee owned social enterprise, with a staff council and staff Director on the board. As a not for profit company our aim is to reinvest profits back into the business.

The solutions team is responsible for looking after our buildings to make sure they are safe and fit for purpose, enabling high quality care to be delivered.
