Who we are Catalyst Choices launched on 1st February 2015 having ‘spun out’ of Warrington Borough Council, with the aim of securing a sustainable future for our services and the customers we support. We are now established as an Independent Community Interest Company. We are an employee owned social enterprise, with a staff council and staff Director on the board. As a not for profit company our aim is to reinvest profits back into the business.

What we do We offer a range of services to enable our customers to design a package of support that meets their individual needs, hopes and aspirations.

Living support to adults with learning disabilities, older people physical disabilities and mental health support needs: Residential and Short Breaks – Woodleigh and James Phoenix House Specialist supported tenancies – Newborough Close Shared lives

Community based support services for adults with learning disabilities and older people. Supported tenancies Extracare schemes – Mosslands, Broomfields, Sankey Manor, Woolston Hall Day services for older people – Sandy Lane, Mosslands, Woolston
