COOKIES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 50 DKG OF FLOUR 25 DKG OF BUTTER 15 DKG OF SUGAR 2 SPOONS OF CREAM 1 POCKET OF VANILLA SUGAR 3 YOLKS 1 TEA SPOON OF BACKING POWDER

mix flour with backing powder add butter and… Vanilla sugar and… yolks

„chop” it, and… add sugar and cream

Chop it together, then… knead the dough

Dough is ready, so you can make cookies first- roll the dough and then cut shapes

Grease the form and bake the cookies in the oven for minutes in 180 degrees You can decorate it as you wish..( icing-2 spoons of castor sugar and some water) or ready made glaze

OR…… You can make a special top with: 3 white of egss 15 dkg of desiccated coconut 20 dkg of castor sugar Beat white with sugar then add desiccated coconut and mix

And put it on cookies, you can also add nuts And bake it…like others
