Setting Eligibility Flags  Benefit eligibility flags are set in USPSCN/JOBSCN and can be viewed in USPSCN/BENSCN.  Keep in mind, transaction posted in ATDSCN directly affect the employee’s BENSCN balances.

Accruing Sick Leave  The ‘Accrual’ option of BENACC allows sick leave to be accrued automatically.  Must have a value in the Accum/month, Maximum fields and the Sick Eligibility flag be set to Y.
