What is Home and Hospital? Service is mandated by the state Instruction that occurs when a student is unable to attend school physical illness or disability emotional crisis substance abuse pregnancy any chronic health impairment Written verification by a doctor or other health professional At least three weeks in length
What is Home and Hospital? Under the current H/H program… students meet with an assigned tutor weekly tutors provide instruction, go over assignments, answer questions, and proctor assessments coursework and assessments provided by students’ teachers
