4 “Dream and Design at the ASE” The Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) is a place where groups come together for 1-5 days to accelerate business decision making and create innovative solutions. Right Purpose: a clear, pre-defined, outrageous, but achievable goal. Right Process: using radically different methods, we facilitate participants through our accelerated business decision making and solution design process. Right People: all of the key decision makers, influencers, and implementers participate fully in the multi-day event. Right Facts: to enable fact-based decision making, a team of analysts assembles the facts and develops hypotheses prior to the event. Right Environment: configured to inspire “group genius,” the ASE is a technology-enabled collaborative design studio. We have thousands of square feet of white board for creating and capturing your big, bold ideas! atlanta cambridge chicago dallas london los angeles new york paris rome (2002) san francisco (2002) singapore (2002) sydney toronto utrecht

5 The Bottom Line If you could bring an organization together to: Accelerate complex decision making Approach problems with creativity as opposed to “why it won’t work” Enable people with diverse perspectives to come together in pursuit of a common goal Create a team that can successfully implement breakthrough solutions! Time Speed Value Unique Approach Traditional Then you would… Increase the speed of achieving the expected value of a situation Increase certainty of achieving the expected value Reduce the risk associated with complex problem undertaking and potential losses associated with failure Deliver real business solutions months ahead of your competition

6 How It Works Each session is co-designed and customized to meet specific objectives. The methodology is based on Scan-Focus-Act. Scan Build the foundation for a high-performance team Explore and understand the facts and implications Engage with industry specialists Create a common language Uncover critical assumptions and issues Focus Conduct scenarios and simulations Test and evaluate hypothesis/alternatives Build, combine and iterate models Uncover and remove barriers to change Clarify expectations Act Create group alignment and intention to act Make definitive decisions Engineer all aspects of the solution through parallel processing Establish detailed short and medium-term action plans

7 Offerings Suited to Meet Specific Needs The ASE provides a portfolio of proven tools and processes to enable consulting work.
