The portal user interface improves overall trade functionality, enabling trade stakeholders to better-manage road/rail logistics in addition to enhanced views into vessel arrival schedules and customs operations.  Provide a single point of access thru various platform (Web Access/Mobile/SMS/ Voice)  Route requests & responses to appropriate data source with business process integration  Security on Core Business Systems and Data; also cyber threats
