If data is input, needs to be in the form Z New field for YP/Adult Drug datasets ?Alcohol Hepatitis C Tested Added for clarity around Hepatitis C test Date field. Permissible values are “No”, “Yes” and “Not asked”.

YP Frequency of use of drug 1 at Treatment Start/Exit Permissible values of 0-28 referring to the 28 days preceding treatment or in last 28 days of treatment. “Client declined to answer” is also permissible.

Permissible values are: No Yes – Detox CAMHS patient Yes – Detox Adult ward Yes – In reach community detox Yes – In reach psychosocial Yes – Dedicated YP detox and rehab Yes – Paediatric hospital detox Yes - Other

Permissible values are : “No”, “Yes” and “Not asked”.

Codes 42, 56,52 and 55 (Helpline, Employer (Alcohol Clients only), YP Housing and Website) are placed in a new grouping of “Other”. The codes themselves remain in force and with the same definition as previously.

(These are generated by IT system rather than input by administrator.) Local Authority Is now mandatory for all datasets. (NB: LA, PCT, DAT are all fields expected to reflect on client’s current situation)
