Welcome to SMA Prep PE

Report to Squad Spot for Attendance Report to Squad Spot for Attendance. You will be released to the locker room by your Captain.

Walk/Jog After changing you may walk/jog around the blue area until everyone is out of the locker room Keep your hands to yourself Make sure your shoes are tied Captain will blow the whistle when everyone is out signaling you to report back to your squad spot for dress inspection You will then walk your lines down to get ready for warm up

Math Problem of the Day You will be given a math problem to “silently” solve in your own head. The answer to the problem will be the number of push ups and sit ups you will do.

Push ups The answer to the math problem is the number of push up you will do. You need to count out loud. Captain will say “down” and you will say the number.

Sit ups The answer to the math problem will be the number of sit ups you will do. You need to count out loud. Captain will say “up” and you will say the number.
