Bones We have 206 bones in our body. Femur is the longest bone is your body. You spine is made out of 26 or 33 small bones called vertebrae . 24 bones is your rib cage protects you heat and lungs. Your bones meet up with each other at about 100 different spots.

Legs Each leg is made up of four bones. Thighbone is longest,largest,stronges The three long bones is femur,tibia and fibula The fourth bone is patella (knee cap) Leg bones have rough patches on the surface where muscles attached

Arms If you are right handed you will tend to chew your food on your right side. Left handed ,chew on the left side. Your arm is made out of the long bones Your funny bone is a nerve. The shoulder,arm and hand is flexible.

Back 33 vertebra make up your spine. You spine is strong and flexible . Column of ring-like bones that holds your head and body. You bony spine is protecting delicate spinal cord. S-shaped spine prevents shock to your head when you run or walk.

skull Skull bone is not joined at birth. Jawbone is the only bone in your skull that moves. Fourteen bones at the front of your skull holds your eyes. Your skull is made up of two sets of bones. A human skull is almost full size at birth.

Interesting facts The adult body is made out of 100 trillion cells, 206 bones, 640 muscles,22 internal organs. The brain is much more active at night then day. Bones is six times stronger then steel. Your thigh bone can stand 4 tonnes. A baby has 300 bones and an adult has 206 bones

Joints Joints is where two or move bones meet. Some of your joints can not move like your skull. Ball and socket joints are the most moveable. Saddle joints let you grab things. Other joints like the vertebrae in your spine can only move small amount.
