Birchwood Park Health and Fitness Development

New Health and Fitness Club What will change?  New wet facilities comprising of 25m pool, and children's pool  Adults only spa area incorporating a panoramic sauna, steam room, salt room, hydrotherapy pool, heated beds, ice fountain, feature shower and outside hot tub with loungers  Increased fitness arena from 56 to over 80 pieces of equipment, free weights and stretch areas  Increased studio timetable from 30 to 50 classes, studio space increases from 2 to 3 studios including new spin studio and bikes  Larger combined wet and dry changing facilities  Additional member benefits added including: swimming lessons, aqua based classes, active/senior club, junior classes and camps  Extended food and beverage area  New golf shop and reception area

Timescales The development will run for a period of 16 month commencing December 2015, planned opening will be Spring 2017 Phase One – extension for pool, fitness arena, spa area and back of house Phase Two – studios 1, 2 and 3 Phase Three – reception and food and beverage Phase Four – golf shop and reception
