Purpose What are you learning? –How to read a dictionary and a thesaurus. Why are you learning this? –To locate a rich source of information.

Grammar: Verbs - tells what the subject is doing Action Verb: describes an action. hit, explode, fight, run, gohit, explode, fight, run, go Linking Verb: "links" the subject to what is said about the subject.
