Weary in Well-Doing One tactic of the Devil is to get Christians to grow “weary” Paul admonishes twice not to be “weary in well- doing” – lit. let us not lose heart (Gal. 6:9; 2 Thess. 3:13)

Weary in Well-Doing Let us not grow weary… Of God’s word (2 Tim. 3:16-17) Of worshipping God (Psa. 122:1; Isa. 43:22-24; Mal. 2:13; Heb. 10:25) Of God’s works (1 Cor. 15:58; Eph. 2:10) Of God’s restrictions (2 Jn. 9-11; Rev. 22:18-19) Of God’s chastening (Prov. 3:11; Heb. 12:3-5)
