Health Science 5 Career Pathways Therapeutic Services Primarily focused on changing the health status of the patient over time Ex: Physicians, Nurses and Therapist Diagnostic Services Primarily focused on detection, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders Ex: Physicians, Technologist and Technicians Health Informatics Primarily focused on management of departments, agencies and patient data Ex: Administrators, Unit Coordinators and Clerks Therapeutic-PlanAssess and monitor patient status, and develop treatment plans. 2. Perform procedures and treatments, and evaluate their effects. 3. Communicate with a team of other health service workers to provide care over time. 4. Provide food items or other products for use by patients and health care personnel. 3. Clean and maintain health care facility. 4. Transport patients and/or materials. 5.
