During the Hurricane Camille 1. the house began leaking 2. the water was spreading rapidly 3. power failed It began windy and rainy, the wind gradually mounted to a roar 1. debris felling from the ceiling 2. the doors and windows were destroyed by the hurricane 3. water rose The roar of the hurricane was overwhelming A blast of water hit the house flinging open the door and shoving them down the hall The hurricane became mighty 1. the generator was doused and the lights went out. 2. the sea water was raising by the minute 1.The entire roof off the house was skimmed to the air 2. the staircase broken apart 3.One wall began crumbling on the marooned group In that moment, the wind slightly diminished and the water stopped rising The main thrust of the Camille had passed

The Reactions of the people John and Charlie tried to protect the front door, but they failed 2. Went to the cars, but the cars didn’t work, then they went back to house and went upstairs. 3. Facing this condition, they had different reactions a. Charlie took the responsibility to take care of the neighborhoods b. The neighborhood was on the verge of panic c. Grandmother showed her love to her husband, so did the grandfather d. John felt a crushing guilt, and silently prayed 1. bring down the mattresses and pillows, keep the group togather. 2. stay away from the windows 3. struggle against the rapidly spreading water with mops, towels, pots and buckets It began windy and rainy, the wind gradually mounted to a roar The roar of the hurricane was overwhelming A blast of water hit the house flinging open the door and shoving them down the hall The hurricane became mighty In that moment, the wind slightly dimished and the water stopped rising the Koshaks and their friends survived

After the hurricane After the hurricane, the Koshaks quickly began their reorganization their lives. In spite of the fact that they had lost almost all their possessions, they were happy to come through it, just as grandma reflected: ”When I think of it , I realize we lost nothing important.”
