Time and Place All sales on school grounds must meet the OSNS Before, during and after school 7 days/week If activities are under the school boards control
Time and Place Includes Clubs and student practices Cafeteria, snack bars and staff rooms Fund raisers at school Student Stores Vending Ala Carte sales by food service depts. All others not identified as exempt
Exemptions for Time and Place Meals served as part of NSLP and SBP Sales in buildings with adults only Classroom parties and snacks Dances Concerts, sporting events, performances when adults attend
