Mounting demand to increase patients satisfaction There is increase in pressure to healthcare facilities to reduce the cost of providing healthcare services to the public at a low cost so as to be able to remain competitive in this business. This call for planning in the institutions so as to be able to cover all these costs and match with effectiveness so as to provide full customer satisfaction. The number of the elderly patients is surprisingly increasing in the resent past, this has mounted pressure on the healthcare proviers because these elderly patients can not make their own decisions. Patients come to healthcare facilities to get healthcare satisfaction, this has posed a challenge to the healthcare providers to improve their services and also use this as a challenge to market themselves to the public.

How change will be tracked and implemented The evaluation process must be thought though from the start. Adequate findings must be set aside for evaluation. Measuring indicators of progress, including progress towards target. Assessing whether the changes were a result of the intervention. Assessing how well various aspects of the strategy were perceived to work from the point of view of professionals from all sectors and by communities. The evaluation process must be thought though from the start at the same time as developing the strategies aims, objectives and targets. Adequate findings must be set aside for evaluation through adequately collecting data. The indicators of progress should be included in the tracking process so as to get the exact results required from the study. There should be assessment of the whether the obtained results were as a result of the intervention into tracking the systems so as to know what Is expected under normal circumstances. Assessment of how well various aspects of the strategy have been perceived in the process and in a professional point of view.
