NFL- Tag American Football Mr Beck

Game play Rules Game starts when one team kicks the ball to the other team to attack. Ball can be thrown in any direction To score Ball must be carried into opposite teams zone. No Contact, if tag taken brake down in play. Attacking team has four attempts to score. They must gain ground to score per every attack. If ground is not gained they go again from the original marker. If tagged when making ground the next attack is from where the ground made up was stopped. If tagged when going behind original start they must start an attack from the place the tag was taken on that attack. Defending team must be in front of the ball at every start of play. Defending players are behind the ball during start of play and interfere = offside play and play will restart again but attack DOSE NOT count as a go.

Half Lengths Each team get four attacks to score. Each attack has 20 seconds to progress. The game has four half's. A half consist of 2 minutes Play.

Disciplines If player take tags aggressively = 1 warning. If this continues = 3 warnings = sin bin for 1 attack (all four attempts of attack). Violent play = half sin bin. Continues Violent play = match sin bin. Un sportsmanship = 5 times = 1 warning. Aggressive behaviour to officials = 2 warnings.

Scoring If attacking team reaches score zone they receive 2 points. Once attacking team has scored a point they get a kick opportunity. (Over a football goal or through two poles/ cones.) they are awarded 1 extra point if the kick is successful. (player who reaches the zone must do the kick attempt.
