SourcePublic Health Wales (PHW) 03 People making healthy lifestyle choices Measured by The percentage of adults (aged 16+) who have four or five healthy lifestyle behaviours (not smoking, healthy weight, eat five fruit or vegetables a day, not drinking above guidelines and meet the physical activity guidelines) SourceNational Survey for Wales 04 Young children developing the right skills Measured by Initially percentage of children in Reception year at expected level of development.
