Math makes you smarter. Math makes you a better problem solver. Math makes you more money. Those are researched, proven facts.

Syllabus Materials –Calculator: Buy a TI 30 Multiview or TI 36 Pro –Paper, Pencils, Binder –At least 3 Dry Erase Markers –A Composition Book or Spiral Notebook (at least 70 pages) –Optional: scissors, glue stick, tape, crayons/markers for interactive notebook Teacher “Wish List” Tissues Hand Sanitizer Dry Erase Markers

Syllabus Absences – Check my blog the night you are absent and check the crate the day you come back Missed tests/quizzes – test must be made up the next day if you are only absent 1 day, otherwise you have as many days to make up as you missed Grading – The algebra and support portions are separate –Algebra is “standards based” grading –Support is “efforts based” grading
