More Stuff You Need 1 pinch of nutmeg 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of butter 1 well beaten egg
Instructions Peel and core apples into ½” wedges Place in mixing bowl with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt Toss until thoroughly blended Roll ½ piecrust into 1/8” thickness
More Instructions Line 9” pie plate with recipe pie crust, let ½” hang over edge Add filling Dot with 1 tablespoon butter Roll out rest of recipe pie crust and lay over pie plate, tuck excess crust along pie plate edge
Lots of Instructions Crimp crust along edge to create wavy pattern Use fork to puncture holes into top of crust in pattern of your choice Brush top of pie with 1 well beaten egg
