Manager

Manager A Manager is the person responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals, monitoring their work, and taking corrective action when necessary. A manager is one who specializes in the work of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the efforts of others by the systematic use of classified knowledge & principles.

Managers & Entrepreneurs Both work hard for producing result. Both have to deal with different set of people. Both have to operate under constraints which are understandably different. To be effective in their respective roles, both have to follow sound principles of management like planning, staffing, delegation and control.
