THE “FAMILY WINE” THE “FAMILY WINE” This wine originates from our vineyard “VIÑA MARIN”, the oldest of our vineyards. It was planted by our founder Mr. Ignacio Marín in the 1930’s. There are still 14,000 plants of the best garnacha grapes. Of these we obtain each year around 8,000 litres of a wine so special that until 2006 it had never been sold to the public, it was our “FAMILY WINE”. A wine which was only for the Marín family and their special friends. Due to the requests of these friends and other wine lovers we have decided to share it. Due to the small amount made each, we can sell only a limited quantity of the most splendid wine of our family tradition. After its slight ageing in French oak it rests in bottle in our wine cellar until its ordered. This wine originates from our vineyard “VIÑA MARIN”, the oldest of our vineyards.
