It was not designed as a central repository for all data concerning it, but as a “central point” to access ALL DATA. For a restricted number of properties The MTF-Travellers may handle all data without problems For a large number of properties ( tipically > 50) The MTF-Travellers should point to an adhoc application, under the Project Engineer’s responsibility where that data is stored A subset of those properties could be mirrored on the MTF-Traveller application for quick or easy access Maybe only property values which are relevant to other people/groups should be stored on the MTF; the rest would reside on local databases AND EDMS centrally stored files
