TASK A 10 Philosophical Questions to think about in terms of discussing issues of Good and Evil Complete worksheet responding to the questions. Make sure your view points are justified!

Homework Richard Dawkins is a scientist who promotes ideas about Atheism, he has a lot to say about the Christian idea of God. “The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully.” RICHARD DAWKINS, The God Delusion 1.Read the above quote and re-write the underlined section to explain what Dawkins means – you may need to research the words to help. 2.Explain if you agree or disagree with Dawkins.- would a just and loving God allow evil and suffering? 3.Give 2 responses a Christian would give in response to the problem of evil.
