Machines make our lives easier. They have moving parts. They need energy to work.

Humans get energy from food.

Lights get energy from electricity.

Cars get energy from gas.

Think of how difficult your life would be without machines.

Technology is another word for machines. High tech means new, advanced machines. Low tech means the opposite.
